I require anyone who commissions me to sign a terms and conditions form to protect both myself and the client. You will receive both this and a quote for any enquiry regarding my commissions.
Digital Commissions
- All Digital Commissions are completed on Photoshop CC with an A4 canvas of 300DPI unless you specify otherwise
- Please specify a size you need the commission for example a tv screen for a wallpaper. I am happy to accommodate sizes and DPI depending on your needs.
- Digital Commissions will be sent with a watermark before the final payment so you can see the final piece. After payment has been fulfilled I will send the original PNG through Email and a final invoice.
- You will receive regular updates of your commission through watermarked images.
- All Digital Commissions come with a speed paint available on my youtube unless specified.
Traditional Commissions
- Traditional commissions are completed on 180gsm to 200gsm paper with Sakura and Unipen drawing pens. They are UV and waterproof but for further protection I will be using a satin, matte or gloss varnish depending on your needs.
(I highly recommend the satin or matte as it gives it a more organic look rather than the gloss)
- With Traditional pieces it may take 1 - 6 weeks to complete depending on the size and complexity of your piece. I will keep you updated with pictures and let you know roughly when I can get it done.
- If you need a traditional piece for a gift or for a specific occasion then please let me know so I can accommodate time to avoid you missing out on a special occasion.
- I can offer frames for a small fee so it can be presented once opened. This can be a good idea for gifts and special events if time is short. Please let me know in your enquiry
NSFW Commissions
NSFW Requires ID as you MUST be 18+ for a NSFW Commission.
Evidence must be show via email and will be deleted after confirmation.

If asked I can supply NSFW examples in the email after ID has been confirmed if prompted for. The picture to the right is a NSFW image cropped for censoring.
-NSFW will require a little longer than normal as I take pride in my anatomy and getting the characters right.

Chibi Commissions
- Chibi Commissions will be sent with a watermark before the final payment so you can see the final piece. After payment has been fulfilled I will send the original PNG through Email and a final invoice.
- You will receive regular updates of your commission through watermarked images.
- All Chibi Commissions come with a Timelapse/speedpaint available on my youtube unless specified.
Reference Sheets
I offer a range of reference sheets for your needs from Animation reference sheets to DND characters.
- All References are completed on Photoshop CC with an A4 canvas of 300DPI unless you specify otherwise
Character Turnarounds and Expression Sheets

- Character turnarounds also come with a full body cel shaded Character (£10 extra for full shaded)
- Expressions can be added to turnarounds for half price of my expression sheets.
-Expression sheets are Cel Shaded and will be a Bust of the characters unless specified. I can accommodate what you would like.
Animated Turnarounds
- These turnarounds will be fully animated alongside the still versions of the reference.
- Animated Turnarounds have a 4k resolution and will be completed on a 4k canvas unless specified
- All animated references will be completed on Adobe Animate and Adobe photoshop.
Logos and Graphics
I can offer logos and Icons for you to use for V tubing, your company logo or your youtube channel.
Logos will be made in Adobe Illustrator with a base of 300px x 300px unless specified.

For these items I have a flat fee but I can accommodate for your needs.
Please be aware that all these items are handmade and are not factory produced so may have some defects. I will usually quality check before postage however and will remake those that do not fit the cut.
Extra characters will be an extra 50% on top as I design every piece personally. For people who order again, I can do a discount as I already have the character on file.
Prints
All my commissions can come as prints for an extra £10 for shipping and print. Traditional commissions are automatically included in the price as you will receive the original piece however I can scan and print copies of the piece for an extra £10.

All stickers are made to order unless you would like some of my own stickers from Radioaktiv or nautical.
These prices are for multiple of the same characters.

Pins
All Pins are made with two butterfly clips to ensure they don't rotate. They are made with UV resin and are fairly durable. Perfect for pin boards, Ita bags and collections!

Keychains
All Keychains come with a resin finish and a customisable backing of your choice. I have a wide range of colours and options to choose from! They are fairly sturdy and have a silver keyring. I can do custom images like characters, Cars and pets.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
I require 50% payment upfront before I start as a form of deposit. I will start your commission once I receive this 50% payment.
I accept payment through Paypal, Bank transfer or cash if you’re local to the Plymouth Area.
I can understand struggling with money and I am willing to set up a payment plan if you’re really struggling especially for friends and family.
Artwork will not be sent until the full payment is complete and All commissions will come with an Invoice.

Refunds and Cancellation
- I will give full refunds for digital pieces that have just been started or have just been ordered. Anything past sketching will only be a partial refund due to the time I spent on the commission.
- Partial Refunds depend on the time spent but will usually be 50% refunded unless I deem otherwise.
- Completed pieces will not be refunded as i have already finished the commission.
- For traditional commissions, once started I can only provide a partial refund as I am using supplies that could be used for another commission.
- I will always try my best to accommodate everyone's situations.
- If you require more time for the final payment, I am happy to hold on to the piece for 30 days. Just message me your circumstances, and I can help.
Copyright
I still retain the copyright to my artwork.
My artwork shall not be reproduced, traced, stolen or claimed as your own
You retain ownership of the artwork however you must obtain permission to share the artwork on social media.
If you wish to make any reproductions of the artwork then please arrange this through myself.
I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI or NFT purposes.
Other Information
I have the right to cancel or refuse a commission.
Constantly asking for progress will not make me work faster and will result in me canceling your commission if you disrespect that boundary.
Anyone who breaks this contract will be banned from commissioning me and may face charges for breaking our agreement.
Any commission that is NSFW will require ID. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to request a NSFW Piece.
